Bursa Uludag University (BUU) is among the first 23 research universities from 207 universities in Turkey. At the end of 2020, BUU also has risen to 11th place among Research Universities. It consists of 15 Faculties, 2 Schools, 15 Vocational Schools, 1 Conservatory, 4 Institutes, 27 Application and Research Centers, 1 Research Center and 5 departments established under the Rectorate. BUU is led by reason and science and aims to raise young people who are modern, democratic, liberal, self-responsible, respectful to the beliefs and values of society, adopt cultural and historical values, and have an international vision.  BUU undertakes the task of educating individuals who are equipped with contemporary knowledge and who are skilled at doing research and solving problems. The university also aims to produce, apply and spread academic knowledge, and provide quality service to society. Also, it aims to be an institution whose members feel proud to be part of it. The vision of Uludağ University is to produce universal knowledge, contribute to society by educating qualified students, by providing quality service and integrating with the industrial city, Bursa.

UNIVERSIDAD DE LEON

Universidad de Leon (ULE) is a young and active public HEI which has had an interest in international education since its beginnings in 1979. Its two campuses serve a yearly average of 13.000 students with a varied range of degrees. In total, ULE offers 38 undergraduate degrees, 30 graduate degrees, and 14 Ph.D. programs. All these are provided by 13 Faculties, 26 departments, and 101 research groups. ULE also has a large experience as a partner in several key networks that boost the internationalization process of the university and also of the entire community. It is worth to mention that ULE is a founding member of both the Santander Group and the Compostela Group of Universities. It promotes both incoming and outgoing mobilities on a yearly basis of approximately 440 students to EU destinations, and 120 students to non-EU academic institutions.
