busıness and leadership programme

In the scope of WP2, starting in October 2023, the REMODEL BUU Staff will participate in a sequence of customized workshops as part of the Business and Leadership Programme. Through this collaborative initiative, the program is expected to significantly enhance the scientific excellence of the project staff.

 

Responsible twinning partner: Atlantic Technological University, Faculty of Business

Attendees: REMODEL BUU staff

Content and objectives: based on ATU official Masters’ Degree and previous experience, the programme incorporates workshop modules that focus on the practical capabilities required by BUU to increase their scientific excellence, which will in turn enable to help Turkish companies to improve business performance and competitiveness leading to economic development in the region.

Learning outcomes include: 1)  To promote a critical awareness of the current trends in developing innovative organisations  and to enable the participant  to be capable of evaluating the likely impact of these on the current and emerging business environment 2) To develop a participant’s leadership, organisational  and knowledge skills needed for sustained innovation, 3) To develop analytical and ethical attitudinal approaches to organisational innovation, knowledge and learning., 4) To engender a strategic orientation, and develop corporate governance regulation awareness and an attitudinal perspective on business ethics and ethical decision making,  5) To expose participants to a range of international best practice implementation techniques so as to act in a wide and often unpredictable variety of ill-defined contexts, 5) To use advanced investigative skills to conduct research and to transfer and apply diagnostic skills to improve innovation delivery practices in a complex and increasingly openly networked business environment, and 6) To enhance transferable and behavioural skills such as reasoning, reflection, critical thinking, communication, self-management and independent learning.

Format: Online and face to face.

Schedule: the capacitation is scheduled as a series of workshops during 2 years, 27 lecture days. Attendees will have assignments that will be completed and assessed, focused to real-life case studies.
