Within the scope of the REMODEL project, the BMI Lab team has developed a business model to strengthen the hotel’s digital presence and help it better reach its target guests by providing strategic guidance on website optimisation, social media management and customer segmentation.

The Remodel BMI Lab team designed an innovative business model tailored to Artıç Hotel, supporting the hotel in renewing its positioning and enhancing its competitive edge in the market.

Located in the Keles district of Bursa, Gököz Natural Park offers an authentic nature experience with 10 bungalows and 1 suite in a region known for its natural beauty, hiking routes, and outdoor sports opportunities. The REMODEL BMI Lab team reviewed the company’s product, pricing, location and promotion strategies and developed an innovative business model incorporating creative ideas for social media presence and marketing communications to increase visibility and attract new customer segments.

BÜLBÜL YUVASI HOTEL

In the charming Foça district of İzmir – renowned for its Aegean coastline, historical heritage, and tranquil bays – boutique-style Bülbül Yuvası Hotel welcomes guests in 11 cozy rooms. As part of the REMODEL BMI Lab activities, improvements were made to the hotel’s website, recommendations were made to increase social media engagement, and advice was provided to strengthen communication with the target audience. Recommendations were also made to strengthen ties with both local and foreign guests.

DENİZ KABUĞU HOTEL

Located in Alaçatı – a renowned destination for its stone houses, windsurfing spots, and vibrant café culture – Deniz Kabuğu Hotel hosts its guests in 9 uniquely designed rooms, each with its own character. The REMODEL BMI Lab team, which developed an innovative business model for the hotel, carried out segmentation studies for both domestic and international tourism markets and developed new segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies specific to these segments.

ETENNA BUNGALOW HOTEL

Situated in Çıralı, Antalya – a coastal village known for its pristine beach, natural protected areas, and eco-tourism atmosphere – Etenna Bungalow Hotel can accommodate up to 45 guests in its 15 rooms. The Remodel BMI Lab team provided strategic advice on customer segmentation, website optimization, and emphasizing the hotel’s service offerings, helping the property communicate its strengths more clearly to potential guests.

YONCA ANJELIKA HOTEL

Located in Göcek Marina – a well-known destination for yachting tourism, tranquil bays, and blue cruising routes – Yonca Anjelika Hotel serves its guests with 10 inviting rooms in a unique coastal setting. The REMODEL BMI Lab team supported the development of a clearer and more compelling value proposition by identifying suitable customer segments and highlighting the hotel’s value-creating features at the end of the innovative business model development process.

Park Mandalin Hotel, located on the banks of the Göksu River in Ağva – a popular getaway known for its rivers, lush greenery, and tranquil coastal atmosphere – welcomes guests with 9 different room types, each offering a distinct experience. The REMODEL BMI Lab team made recommendations to enhance the hotel’s systematic approach to tracking and managing its customer portfolio and suggested ideas to showcase the region’s natural beauty, contributing to broader efforts to revive its unique charm and appeal.

Located in Bursa Kültürpark, a central urban park featuring event venues, walking paths, and extensive green recreation areas, Selçuk Restaurant offers year-round service to its guests.
